When Auto-matic Driver Updates Become Auto-Tragic (by Tony Fortunato)

in this video i'm covering what some may consider simple, but I consider important issue that i run into quite often.

When anyone suspects a driver issue on a Microsoft Operating System, the obvious procedure is to go to that device's driver and go through the Driver Update process.

I can't tell you how many times Microsoft says that the driver is current but when I manually go to the Vendors website, they have more current drivers.

This is a very important part of troubleshooting, especially if you suspect a network adapter is misbehaving due to an older driver.
