I'm sure you remember me mentioning how I look for tools that I can customize to make my life easier.

I like Wireshark's Configuration Profile feature.  Its pretty simply but powerful; I can create various profiles so I'm not constantly rearranging  settings for various tasks.

For example, I might want a configuration without the colors and Packet Details/Bytes and another profile displaying delta time for stability.
