hrping is an old favorite of mine since it does a few things I can't do with Microsoft's ping. For example, I can ping every 20 ms if I want where Micorsoft's ping is hard-set to 1 seconds.

In this video I show you how you can use hrping to ping a host with different size packets as well as how to get the tx and rx response time.
